TLScontact informs you that starting 16^th May 2022, TLScontact Algiers center will restart receiving applicants for Portugal.

The center will be open from Sunday to Wednesday from 8am to 4pm.

Appointment booking is to be done exclusively online.

The 17^th of May 2020

Passport return :

TLScontact informs you that from May 17^th, 2020, you can receive your passport at the address of your choice by express courier with EMS, this during this confinement period. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

• Check the availability of your passport in one of our centres on your TLScontact account;
• Present yourself at one of the Algerian post offices for the payment of the service by making a payment of 1,200 DZD to the CCP account number of TLScontact: 007 999 990 021 004 139 56;
• Send proof of payment made to the following email address "[email protected]" specifying the reference number of your request visa, your first and last name, your date of birth as well as the full address to which you wish to receive your passport (all this information is essential for the sending of your passport);
• During this period, the "Express Courier Return" service covers the entire territory with the exception of the wilayas of Blida, Bechar, Illizi, Adrar and Tamanrasset.

The 29^th of March 2020

In light of the current CORONAVIRUS alert, and in order to protect visa applicants and our staff, we would like to inform you that the TLScontact centres will be closed from Sunday March 29^th until further notice.
People who have not been able to collect their passports in time will be able to do so at the centers as soon as this measure is lifted.

Following the discovery of new cases of CORONAVIRUS in Europe, we are taking all the necessary measures to ensure maximum safety of our visa customers and our staff. Our centres remain open, but we ask you to respect any guidance provided on-site during your visa appointment.
